The Charkra System
The Charkra system is a system of energetic centers that run down the spine. There are seven main Charkra's that correspond with the colous of the rainbow. These energetic centers are aligned with the system in the body, bringing thoughts and emotions into form. Working with the Charkra's, energy centers supports intergartion of our experiences, clears area in which we may be holding trauma, and supports us in living a consious, intergrated and empowered life. A life in which we are in alignment with our hearts purpose and our souls desires.
