The Charkra System
The Charkra system is a system of energetic centers that run down the spine. There are seven main Charkra's that correspond with the colous of the rainbow. These energetic centers are aligned with the systems in the body, bringing thoughts and emotions into form.
Working with the Charkra's supports intergartion of our experiences. Clearing these centers in which we may be holding trauma, empowers us in living consious and intergrated lives. A life in which we are in alignment with our hearts purpose and our souls desires.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of energetic healing that channels universal energy. The flow of Reiki is received by the Reiki practitioner and given to the client through the laying of hands just above the body.
The practice of Reiki originated in Japan and was developed by Mikao Usui. There are different theories on how he developed Reiki. Some say he received the knowledge through a vison, while others theorise that he developed Reiki from ancient Sanskrit texts.
The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words rei (universal) and ki (life energy).
Reiki uses symbols that help to focus intention during healings. Each symbol evokes a specific vibration that promotes healing to certain aspects of our energy fields. Reiki is not just for human healing, it can be shared with animals, plants, spaces, situations, relationships, and environments.
