The Charkra System
The Charkra system is a system of energetic centers that run down the spine. There are seven main Charkra's that correspond with the colous of the rainbow. These energetic centers are aligned with the systems in the body, bringing thoughts and emotions into form. Working with the Charkra's supports intergartion of our experiences. Clearing these centers in which we may be holding trauma, empowers us in living consious and intergrated lives. A life in which we are in alignment with our hearts purpose and our souls desires.
